Medical Lake – Located to the southwest of Spokane, known for its unique alkaline lake.
Cheney – Located further to the southwest of Spokane, Cheney is known as the home of Eastern Washington University.
Deer Park – Located to the north of Spokane, it’s a smaller community in Spokane County.
Millwood – A town located between Spokane and Spokane Valley.
Coeur d’Alene – This is the largest city in the county and serves as the county seat. It’s known for its beautiful lake and recreational opportunities.
Post Falls – Located to the west of
Coeur d’Alene, it’s one of the major cities in the county.
Hayden – Located to the north of Coeur d’Alene.
Rathdrum – Located to the northwest of Post Falls.
Dalton Gardens – Located just north of Coeur d’Alene.
Huetter – One of the smaller cities in the county.
Spirit Lake – Located to the north of Rathdrum.
Athol – Located further north from Spirit Lake.
Harrison – Located on the southern end of Lake Coeur d’Alene.
Hauser – Located to the west of Post Falls, near the border with Washington state.
Worley – Located to the south of Coeur d’Alene, closer to the Coeur d’Alene Reservation.
